The first and foremost thing that catches attenton when someone across you is your charming FACE. The facial care makes us look more charming and beautiful.


Before beginning to apply any cream on your face , consider the type of your skin , is it Dry, oily , sensitive , combination , chopted or sun-damaged. After knowing your skin type , start applying creams to your face available in market. Actually for healthy skin nothing needs to apply.


Wash your face before sleeping, and ensure that there is no make-up on your face before you sleep, because, make-up creams may spoil your face as it will be there for the whole night. It is better if no cream is applied. What I feel is, wash your face before sleeping and if at all you want to apply any cream, just apply night cream and none other than that.


For beginning the facial message the cleanliness of the face is very important. This could be attained by cleansing the face with a good cleanser to remove any excess make up. Cleansing also helps in skin exfoliation and dead cells removal. The next step is the application of small amount of oil or moisturizer for the start of massage. Oil is very essential as it aims in providing a slippery surface for the entire massage process. Therefore, the skin does not get pulled by the fingers thus forming any stretches. Oil promotes the mildness of the massage on the face.


NATURAL TIPS :


    To reduce Pimples , Take 1/2 tbsp of Mint powder , a pinch of popaya leaf powder and 1/2 tbsp of Orange peal powder ( Oranage peal has to be dried and grind them ) mix all of them using Rose Water and use as a face pack. Continuing this for 20 days reduces pimples on your face.


    To prevent/avoid wrinkles on your face , you can use OLAY ANTI WRINKLE FIRMING DAY/NIGHT CREAM in one way which is available in cosmetic shops.


    Antoher way is that , take 1 tbsp of White portion of the egg , 1 spoon of gram flour and one tbsp of  moong dal powder. Mix all those using RoseWater then apply this paste on your face and leave it for 10 minutes. Finally wash with cold water.


    Apply a mixture of honey+ 3 drops of lime juice on your face without touching to eyebrows and hair. Leave it 15 mins and then wash with cold water. It gives shiny to your face and reduces pimple spots , gives smoothyness to your face.


    One tbsp plain yogurt/curd and the juice of 1/4 of an orange. Stir to mix and then dip fingers into mixture and smooth onto face. The sensation is both cool and relaxing. Leave for 5 minutes and then rinse. If you are feeling sluggish, this is the perfect mask for you. Yogurt will cleanse and nourish your skin and the orange is full of Vitamin C.


    Take 4 or 5 tbsps of gram flour add either yogurt or milk to it. The mixture should be neither too think nor too liquidity then apply it to your face. Leave it as till getting dried or 20 mins. Then wash with cold water. Don’t use any soap. It adds shiny to your face.


    Banana’s pulp is also used with or without yoghurt as a face mask is very effective to make the skin free of blemishes. For removing the blemishes from the hands rub the slices of unripe banana over them. Also you can mix a few drops of coconut/olive oil, or a little of honey to the pulp of ripe banana to make an excellent face or handpack.
