Step 1. Choose the type of formula and the color of mascara that you want to compliment with your other make up such as eye shadow and eye liner.

Step 2. An eyelash curler is essential for applying mascara, using and eyelash curler elongates the lashes and give them a soft and flirty look. Curl eyelashes before applying mascara to avoid clunks of mascara around the lashes.

Step 3. When applying mascara start by moving the brush of the mascara on your upper lashes starting with the underside of the lashes first, than proceeding to the top side of your upper lashes. 

Step 4. A simple trick to have a nice and easy application process is to wiggle the wand of the mascara while you are applying mascara to the base so you can get a full look of lashes that you can bat endlessly.
