It will support you alot when you put your legs in the band you can also ask your fellow mate to support you from your waist in the lift If you dont have Belt
Try Under-Hand Pull-Ups instead of Over-Hand
If you are a beginner and not able to Do Pull-Ups then try for the Under-Hand Pull-Ups instead of Over- Hand Pull-Ups because it will give you more assistance of your biceps and for-arms and when you become the master in the Under-Hand Pull-Ups then go for the Over-Hand Pull-Ups
Tighten-Up your Butts and Abs
You have to tighten-Up your Butts and abs so that you that you can easily lift up your body against the gravitational force
Way of Breathing is Important
Breathing plays a important role in the Gym the timing of breathing is very important when your are lifting weight so when ever you are doing Pull-Ups take care about the timing of breathing and take a deep breath in when you hold the bar for the lift and start breath out as you begin pulling
Gripping the Bar
The way of gripping the bar is very important hold it like as you want to crush it, it will make your lift comfortable and you can also ask your couch or trainer for the Better Grip
Practice Make You Perfect
Try to do it when ever you get a time. Because as much Pull-Ups you do it will strengthen you capability to do Pull-Ups and try to increase it day by day by challenging yourself starting from 1& 2 and then more as the day passes
Hanging On Bar
you can strengthen you arms by holding yourself at Top or Bottom. If you are holding your self at top then make sure that you chin is above the bar and try to hold yourself there as long as possible and if you are holding at Bottom then make sure that your shoulder is pack down so that they aren’t sneaking up towards your ears.
