medium size bananas and one avocado and crush together. Apply the mash to the

Rubbing the scalp with a mixture of coconut oil and a few drops of tea tree oil

washed off after waking in the morning.
4. Fish oil.
Fish oil is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. Other good sources are
flaxseeds, salmon, and walnuts. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered as healthy
fats and are beneficial to skin health. Control of oil production, hydration,
and wound healing are some of the benefits of these fats. Thus, a deficiency in

dandruff. Mix the oil with a carrier oil like olive oil or coconut oil and
apply on the scalp. Using a hot towel, wrap the head and leave it for a while.
When the towel cools down, take it off and rinse the hair.

Get some neem leaves and grind into a paste using a food processor. Apply the
paste on your scalp and leave for about 10 minutes before washing off with
